This year's edition will not disappoint. Here's a preview of the program...
The Meeting for Friendship Among Peoples celebrates its thirtieth anniversary: thirty years of encounters, events, and performances on the national and international level that have always left their mark. Most importantly, these thirty years of testimonies have shown that Christianity is a life always in movement that encounters all those who have at heart the happiness of man.

Cardinal Antonio Rouco Varela of Madrid, Fr. Juli·n CarrÛn, and Carmine Di Martino. In the scientific field, two Nobel prizewinners, John Mather and Charles Townes, together with Yves Coppens

be Mary Ann Glendon, former American Ambassador to the Holy See and Learned Hand Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, together with Robert George,  McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence at Princeton University, and Paolo Carozza, Associate Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame.
The testimonies arrive from throughout the world: from the United States, with Carl Anderson, Supreme Knight of the Knights of Columbus, and Joseph T. Kassab, Director of the Chaldean Federation in America; from Sierra Leone, with Ernest Sesay, responsible for the Family Homes Movement; from Ecuador, with Amparito Espinoza; from Brazil, with Marcos and Cleuza Zerbini, responsibles for the Sem Terra Movement; from Italy, with JosË Berdini, responsible for the PARS drug addiction recovery centers.

For the “Encounters With” section, there will be the opportunity to meet public figures such as
Joseph Weiler

Harry Wu, Chinese dissident and Director of the Laogai Research Foundation. 
The inaugural performance will be  the play Miguel MaÒara, by Oscar Milosz. Other performances include that of Alfredo Minucci, whose songs from Naples tell stories of love and hope. The American composer David Horowitz has been entrusted with the concert in honor of Claudio Chieffo. In Rimini, particular importance is given to exhibits. This year, they will tell about Galileo, Saint Augustine, Paraguay, the birth of the Christian basilica, and much more.
In the meantime, the Meeting is celebrating its thirty years with a series of international presentations. Following the May 5th event in Paris at UNESCO, and the ones in Brazil (on May 21st in Rio de Janeiro, and on May 22nd in S„o Paolo), on June 3rd, t

On July 3rd, the final presentation will be held in San Marino.
